Homes Built with Care, Craft, and Lasting Quality

Creating high-performance homes and renovations rooted in trust, communication, and thoughtful construction.

We are a family-led design-build studio in Ulster County creating custom homes, sustainable renovations, and a curated line of semi-custom NetBuilt homes designed for high-performance living.

Our work is grounded in long-term relationships, clear communication, and a focus on doing things properly from the beginning.

How We Work as a Design-Build Studio

We manage design and construction as one continuous process.

That means fewer handoffs, fewer assumptions, and decisions that stay aligned from start to finish.

  • design and construction stay connected

  • communication is direct and consistent

  • details are resolved before construction begins

  • work is guided by what is actually buildable

We stay intentionally selective with projects so each one gets full attention.

NETBUILT HOMES

A curated line of semi-custom, high-performance homes

We offer a series of pre-designed NetBuilt homes that streamline the path from design to construction while maintaining flexibility in layout, materials, and site adaptation.

Each design is built around:

  • efficient spatial planning

  • high-performance building systems

  • adaptable material packages

  • net-zero readiness

PROCESS

Discovery

We define goals, site conditions, and overall scope.

Design Development

We align layouts, materials, and systems with construction reality.

Pre-Construction

We coordinate permitting, engineering, and technical planning.

Construction

We manage the build with consistent communication and execution.

Completion

We close out the project with walkthroughs and final documentation.

Across all NetBuilt homes and custom projects, we integrate performance-focused building practices into both new construction and renovations.

This includes insulation, air sealing, efficient mechanical systems, and durable building envelopes designed for long-term comfort and efficiency.

The goal is simple: homes that perform well, feel good to live in, and last.

Two people working on constructing a large wooden frame outdoors on a clear, sunny day. One person is standing on the frame while the other is sitting on it. Several cars are parked underneath and work supplies are visible nearby.

We are a brother-in-law design-build team based in the Hudson Valley.

Our work includes both custom design-build projects and the NetBuilt Home Collection. We work directly on both planning and construction, keeping projects consistent from early design through to completion.

Together, we bring hands-on building experience and systems-based thinking to residential construction, renovations, and additions.

Kitchen with granite countertop, wooden cabinets, dark green wall, open shelves holding pots, bowls, and a plant, digital clock on the wall, and a faucet at the sink.

If you’re planning a renovation, addition, or are interested in a NetBuilt home, we begin with a simple conversation.

A modern bathroom with a shower area that has a glass partition, beige tiles, and a rain showerhead. A wooden vanity with a white marble countertop and double sinks, large mirrors with gold frames, and contemporary light fixtures. Skylight and window add natural light.

Kerhonkson, New York

“As an Interior Designer I am so impressed with the work that was done...

PAS was professional, courteous and worked in a timely fashion. Aiden always responded within 24 hours of contacting him. His staff was very professional and would work in a neat and orderly manner.

Patrick has such a talent of making sure the project is done correctly. Patrick takes pride in his work and it shows in the end result.

Communication of pricing and work change orders were clearly communicated before any work is done. I truly appreciate that there were no surprise costs. I am definitely looking forward to working with them again.”
